Shipping Policy

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Egypt.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Important Notice: In compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and for essential health and hygiene reasons, this item cannot be returned or exchanged once its sealed package has been opened.

• Please ensure you select the correct size before opening your package.

• Unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• بعد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رقم تتبع لمتابعة التسليم.

الإرجاع والاستبدال:

تنبيه مهم: طبقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم ١٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٨، وحرصًا على الصحة والنظافة العامة، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال هذا المنتج بعد فتح عبوته المغلقة.

• يمكن قبول إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المفتوحة خلال 7 أيام من التسليم.
